生物醫療廢棄物處理須知 Biomedical Waste Disposal Guidelines
一、 預約與清運規範 (Schedule & Rules)
- 固定清運 / Collection Schedule：每週三開放，每人限選一時段，其餘時間不受理。 (Wednesdays only; limited to one time slot per person; other days will NOT be accepted.)
- 開放時段 / Time Slots： | |
- 現場等待 / Waiting Time：最多等待 10 分鐘，請務必準時。 (Maximum 10-minute wait on site. Please arrive on time.)
- 遲到處理 / Overdue Policy：逾時請事先電話通報或順延至下週三。 (If running late, please call ahead or reschedule to next Wednesday.)
- 洽詢電話 / Inquiries：分機 5558 (Ext. 5558)。
二、 處置四步驟 (Disposal Steps)
- 線上預約 / Online Reservation： 點此線上預約並填單（或掃描 QR Code）。 (Click here or scan QR code to book online and complete form.)
- 填申報表 / Declaration Form：勾選 C-0599 感染性廢棄物，重量現場秤重後補填。 (Check C-0599 Infectious Waste; fill in weight after on-site weighing.)
- 現場作業 / On-Site Process：至第一教學大樓 F 區 1 樓後方儲存區（回收站旁）秤重並記錄。 (Bring waste to the Biomedical Waste Storage Area behind 1st Teaching Building, Area F, 1st Floor, next to recycling station for weighing & recording.)
- 貼標入車 / Label & Submit：貼標後投入子母車，表單交環安室備查。 (Affix label, place waste into dump bin, and submit completed form to EHS.)
三、 暫存時限規定 (Storage Limits)
實驗室產出生物醫療廢棄物時，應先暫存在所屬場所，並張貼危害標示。依據環境部「事業廢棄物貯存清除處理方法及設施標準」第 8 條規定，貯存期限如下：
(Biomedical waste generated in laboratories must be temporarily stored on-site with biohazard warnings posted. Pursuant to Article 8 of the "Standards for Storage, Clearance and Disposal of Industrial Waste" by the Ministry of Environment, storage limits are as follows:)
- 常溫 (高於 5℃) / Room Temp. (> 5°C)：限 1 日 (1 day max.)
- 冷藏 (0–5℃) / Refrigerated (0–5°C)：限 7 日 (7 days max.)
- 冷凍 (低於 0℃) / Frozen (< 0°C)：限 30 日 (30 days max.)
四、 包裝與安全注意事項 (Safety & Packaging Notices)
- 專用紅袋綁緊 / Red Biohazard Bags：使用專用生物醫療廢棄物紅色垃圾袋，並確實綁緊防漏。 (Use designated red biohazard bags and tie them securely to prevent leaks/odors.)
- 尖銳物防刺穿 / Sharps & Needles：針頭及尖銳物品務必先放入防刺穿硬質針盒中，再放入紅袋內。 (Sharps and needles must be placed in a puncture-resistant container before putting into red bags.)
- 嚴禁混入與棄置 / Prohibited Acts：
- 嚴禁混入：一般垃圾、化學品或液體廢棄物。 (DO NOT mix with general waste, chemicals, or liquid waste.)
- 嚴禁棄置：請勿棄置於資源回收區，亦不可投入垃圾壓縮機。 (DO NOT dispose of in recycling areas or garbage compactors.)
- 動物屍體與墊料 / Animal Carcasses & Bedding：
- 因易刺破或撐破袋身，務必使用雙層垃圾袋（雙層紅袋）包裝。 (Must use double red bags as they can easily puncture or tear single bags.)
- 動物屍體須獨立包裝並實施冷凍暫存，清運前維持冷凍狀態，嚴禁混入一般垃圾。 (Animal carcasses must be packaged independently, stored frozen until pickup, and never mixed with general waste.)
- 全新品視同廢棄物 / Unused New Items：全新針頭、針筒、抽痰管及痰液培養試管，雖屬「未使用」或「全新」，仍須視同生物醫療廢棄物依類別棄置。 (Brand new needles, syringes, suction catheters, and sputum culture tubes must still be treated and disposed of as biohazard waste.)
