• 危害標示完整 / Complete Hazard Labeling

  • 每桶廢液皆須明確貼上化學廢液標籤 / Every waste container must be clearly labeled with an official Chemical Waste Label, 標明： / specifying:

    1. 廢棄物化學成分 / Chemical Composition of Waste

    2. 廢棄物體積 / Waste Volume

    3. 貯存日期 (年/月/日)（暫存廢液第一天） / Storage Date (YYYY/MM/DD) (First day of temporary waste storage)

    4. 實驗室名稱（____系/所/中心___實驗室） / Laboratory Name (____Dept./Inst./Center___Lab)

    5. 管理人（姓名 / 職稱 / 電話+分機 / 手機） / Person in Charge (Name / Title / Tel+Ext. / Mobile)

  • 💡 化學廢液桶標籤貼請至環安室索取。 / Chemical waste container labels can be obtained from the EHS Office.

• 分類標示 / Classification Labeling

  • 🗂️ 確認廢液類別分類無誤（如：有機溶劑、含鹵素有機溶劑、強酸、強鹼、重金屬廢液等）。 / Verify that the waste category (e.g., Organic Solvents, Halogenated Organic Solvents, Strong Acids, Strong Bases, Heavy Metal Waste) is correctly identified and segregated.

  • 🚫 ⚠️ 嚴禁混裝不相容廢液！ / Mixing incompatible wastes is strictly prohibited!

2️⃣ 表單繳交與申報 / Form Submission and Declaration 📋

• 資料核對 / Data Verification

  • 📝 填寫「廢棄物申報表」與「廢液收集紀錄表」， / Fill out the "Waste Declaration Form" and the "Waste Collection Log,"

  • 確認紀錄內容（數量、成分）與實際廢液桶數一致， / ensuring recorded details (quantity and composition) match the actual containers;

  • ⚖️ 重量欄位則於前往環安室秤重後補填。 / weight will be filled in after weighing at the EHS Office.

• 送交審核 / Submission for Approval

  • 📤 於清運前依規定時間將表單送交至環安室辦理申報與審查。 / Submit completed forms to the EHS Office for declaration and review within the required timeframe prior to collection.

3️⃣ 盛裝與儲存安全性 / Packaging and Storage Safety 🛡️

• 容積控制 / Volume Control

  • ⚠️ 廢液盛裝請勿超過桶容量的 80%（預留氣體膨脹與揮發空間）。 / Do not fill containers beyond 80% capacity to leave adequate headroom for thermal expansion or gas generation.

• 桶身狀態 / Container Condition

  • 🔒 確認廢液桶無破損、滲漏，桶蓋已鎖緊， / Ensure containers are free of damage or leaks, caps are securely sealed,

  • ✨ 且桶身外側保持清潔、無沾附任何化學品。 / and exteriors are clean without chemical residue.
